What is your return policy?

We have a 30 Day Return Guarantee!!*

When you purchase an item through our website you are entitled to Haworth’s 30 Day Return Guarantee. That means that when you make a purchase through our website you can rest assured that if for some reason the product is not as you expected, you can return it for a store credit to the same value of the purchase price of the item. It’s just one extra way that we like to create peace-of-mind for our customers because we know what it’s like to buy an instrument you haven’t even got the chance to play yet!

What's the best price you can do on an item?

Haworths will match prices on any stocked item. Do some research and come back to us with the stores details and price. Terms apply - see our Haworth Guarantee for further details

Tell me about GEM Visa?

Haworths have just started accepting GEM Visa Interest Free Terms - Available to approved customers. Please contact us for further information.

Do you accept trade-ins?

We sure do. If you are local just bring in the item you are hoping to trade. If you are out of town just email us at haworthguitars@haworthguitars.com.au and we can help do an online trade-in for you. One trade per transaction.

Will my order be posted with a Courier or Australia Post?

All small parcel items will be sent by Australia Post, but most heavy and bulky items will be shipped with either Fast Way Couriers or TNT Express. If you are not going to be home for delivery, please give us a work address as someone will need to sign for all Courier deliveries.

When are you open?

Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 5:30pm
Thursday night: 9:30am to 7:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 5pm
Sunday: 11:00am to 3:00pm

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). To work out an approximate value in another currency you can use the XE.com Currency Converter. NOTE: The XE.com currency conversion tool will only give a close approximation of the price in another currency. The actual amount charged is determined by the credit card company at the time the transaction is processed using the exchange rate at that time. Exchange rates change from day to day and this tool is only to be used as a guide.

Do you hire instruments?

We sure do! Instruments are available with affordable monthly payments.

  • Minimum term is 6 months
  • Applicant must be 18 years or older
  • No bond required
  • Payments are debited monthly from credit card or bank account
  • Instrument can be purchased at the end of the contract.
