Earthquaker Devices Blumes Bass Overdrive Pedal

Blumes is an overdrive based on the Plumes circuit for bass players and all purveyors of low-end. While embodying the key characteristics and features of the Plumes, EQD have modified this circuit. With double the gain and a deeper bass response to retain all the low end.

At lower gain settings, bass players get all of the crunchy tone from the original, but this changes once they get above noon on the Gain control.

This all-analogue tri-mode overdrive with soft clipping carries the torch of the classic screamer circuit but has a voice all on its own. With its +/- power supply, it utilises bipolar power, which gives players more dynamic, clarity, and all the headroom they could ever desire. Blumes provides a three-dimensional tone with added clarity that pushes a nice tube amp over the edge.

Much like the Plumes, this pedal offers three different clipping options for desired low end face melting needs.
