Haworth Online Terms and Conditions
Free delivery applies to selected items only and is limited to customers located in Australia. Haworth's can ship internationally and will charge a shipping fee if this is the case.
Insurance and express post is not included in our free freight offer, so please contact us for a quote.
Haworth's use a courier for most items so please ensure you will be at home, or supply Haworth’s with an alternative address such as work. If you are not home at time of delivery, you will need to pick up your item at the depot or re-deliver at your cost.
It is your responsibility to provide Haworth's with a correct delivery address. If an item is returned to us a re-delivery fee may be charged.
Stock Availability and Delivery Time
Due to Haworth's warehouse being used for online sales as well as physical shop-front sales, the stock availability may not always be 100% accurate. Therefore, if an item is described as 'in stock' on Haworth's website, this item may actually not be available and/or the item may need to be ordered from Haworth's supplier which may cause delays to the order. If this is the case, Haworth's will contact the customer once the order has been placed.
For customers located within Australia and if the item is in stock, most items will be delivered within 2-6 working days. This timeframe may change due to stock availability and workload.
For international customers, if the item is in stock, most items will be delivered within 5-10 working days. This timeframe may change due to stock availability, workload, customs and other factors outside of Haworth's control.
Please Note - Our online pricing may vary to our prices in our physical stores. Our website is run as a separate entity to our Wollongong and Shellharbour stores and may sometimes have lower prices on certain items than our shop fronts. This is often due to the fact that products sold online incur lower overhead costs than in-store items such as warehousing and sales staff and extra service is often provided with items sold in our physical stores such as free service vouchers etc. If you would like to discuss this with our management please email email@example.com
While much time and care has been taken to ensure all recommended retail prices are up to date, prices can change without notice due to changing RRP prices set by Haworth's suppliers. Therefore, if a customer orders an item, Haworth's reserve the right to not provide the item to the customer at the listed price and will contact the customer to discuss.
All sale prices are our ‘cash’ price which includes VISA/Mastercard, Paypal, Direct Deposit & Layby. If you wish to use GE finance there will be extra fees to consider. Please contact us for further information about other payment options such as GE finance and the Musicorp Hire system.
Action selection on stringed instruments
When Haworth's setup the stringed instrument with the customer's preferred action height, the string height at the 12th fret may be slightly different to the action specifications selected. This can be due to the individual instrument, movement in the neck during shipping or other technical factors. Haworth's always do their best to setup every stringed instrument with the customer's desired specifications.
Tuning selection on stringed instruments
When Haworth's tune the stringed instrument to the customer's desired specifications, there may be some variation in the pitch of certain strings due to the individual instrument, neck movement during shipping or other technical factors. Certain instruments and string gauges may also prevent the instrument being tuned exactly to the customer's desired specifications.
All prices listed on Haworth's website are a cash/credit card/eftpos/layby price. There is a seperate finance price if you choose to use Gem-Visa. Please contact us for further info.
Price match guarantee**
Haworth's guarantee to match any advertised price lower than ours. This applies only to NEW items for sale within Australia by an Authorised Retailer of the particular product at the current RRP. The item must not be floor stock, ex demo or a discontinued model. Haworth's must be a regular stockist of the particular item. Haworth's exercise the right to deny this guarantee if any of the above terms are not met.
30 Day Return Guarantee!!*
When you purchase an item through our website you are entitled to Haworth’s 30 Day Return Guarantee. That means that when you make a purchase through our website you can rest assured that if for some reason the product is not as you expected, you can return it for a store credit to the same value of the purchase price of the item. It’s just one extra way that we like to create peace-of-mind for our customers because we know what it’s like to buy an instrument you haven’t even got the chance to play yet!
The item must be in the original condition when Haworth's receive it, including packaging or the refund will not be issued. The refund will only be issued once Haworth's have the item in their possesion and confirm the item is in original condition

Most new products listed on the webpage are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary between different manufacturers. If your item is faulty within the warranty period Haworth's will either refer you to a local repairer, or ask you to send your item back to the warehouse to have it repaired or replaced at the supplier's discretion.
Used items are covered by Haworth's 3 month warranty. This warranty applies only if the item has been used to the manufacturer's standards and does not apply if the item has been mistreated or used incorrectly.
*This guarantee does not apply to custom made gear or smaller accessory items. The item must still be in its original packaging as it was sent to the customer. The customer is responsible for getting the product back to Haworth Guitars at their own expense.
**This applies only to NEW items for sale within Australia by an Authorised Retailer of the particular product. The guarantee does not apply to price errors, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, items advertised below cost price, out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished/used items, Deal of the Day items. Free shipping does not apply to the item if the competitor's store does not also offer free shipping. Haworth's must have the item in stock.
