The Novation Bass Station 2 is an analog mono-synth and MIDI controller. Featuring a talent for bass, as well as a sound-engine versatile enough to pump out sharp leads and crisp arpeggios. Bringing the best elements of the original Bass Station into a brand new design; including re-worked modulation, effects, filters and more. Bass Station 2 is like the orignal, sporting a much, much bigger sound.

Enjoy a pure analog signal path, including the effects section. While laid out in easy-to-use modules with dedicated pots, switches, sliders and buttons for all major parameters. Additionally, you can store and recall your favourite patches with the Bass Station 2. Complete with 64 killer factory presets, as well as space for 64 of your own custom sounds. And you can always store more on your computer.

On top of that, the Bass Station 2 keyboard consists of 25, full-sized keys that are velocity-sensitive with assignable aftertouch. Developed as a “synth-action” keyboard, with individually sprung keys. Therefore, light to the touch and highly responsive to the synth engine.

Overall, the Novation Bass Station 2 is not only an analog mono-synth but fully class-compliant MIDI controller. Even enabling you to connect an external instrument and run it through the analog filters and effects of the Bass Station 2.
