What Haworth Guitars say:

The Epiphone Broadway Electric Guitar is an awesome Archtop electric guitar by Epiphone.

At Haworth Guitars we love this Epiphone Broadway Guitar's select spruce top, smooth SlimTaper C-profile hard maple set neck, gold hardware, mother of pearl and abalone inlays and the smooth-sounding Alnico Classic Humbucker pickups.

What Epiphone has to say:

Featuring Alnico Classic™ Humbuckers and new Vintage Natural Finish For over 70 years, the classic Epiphone Broadway has been considered the ultimate hollow body jazz guitar. Now the Broadway has a beautiful new Vintage Natural Finish with Alnico Classic™ Humbuckers, a vintage styled Frequensator™ Split Trapeze tailpiece, and Grover® Rotomatic™ machine heads.

On Broadway The Broadway has been part of the Epiphone catalog since 1931 when founder Epi Stathopoulo introduced the Masterbilt Archtop Collection. Inspired by his father Anastasios who founded the original company as the House of Stathopoulo, Epi was determined to make great sounding instruments with quality materials that were affordable to working musicians—a model that Epiphone still follows today.

The original Epiphone showroom on West 14th Street in Lower Manhattan was open to the leading guitarists of the day like Les Paul and George Van Eps who all played a part in inspiring and shaping the modern Broadway. And today, the Epiphone showroom in Nashville still hosts the world’s top guitarists like Billboard Jazz chart topper Nick Colionne who performs with his Epiphone Broadway at jazz festivals around the world.
