Earthquaker Devices Bellows Fuzz Driver

The Bellows straddles the line between amp-like grit and fuzzy saturation, with a bunch of useful distorted places in between, capturing nearly every era of Rock-and-Roll in a box. Our simple, scorched-earth approach to design leaves the full frequency response of your instrument intact, which makes the Bellows a great bass overdrive, and guarantees that what goes into the Bellows is what comes out, only hotter. Each and every Bellows is true-bypass and built one-at-a-time in the comedic drama section of Akron, Ohio, USA – the heart of it all! The Bellows uses silent relay-based soft touch switching. Audio will not pass without power.

Features

  • Measures: 4.75" x 2.50" x 2.25" with knobs

  • Current Draw: 13 mA

  • Input Impedance: 250 KOhm

  • Output Impedance: <1 KOhm

  • Switching: This device is true bypass and uses electronic relay-based switching. Audio will not pass without power.

  • Power: This device can be powered by a 9v battery or a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. We always recommend pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or multiple isolated-output supplies. Pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or unclean power. Switching-type power supplies, daisy chains and non-pedal specific power supplies do not filter dirty power as well and let through unwanted noise. DO NOT RUN AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!
