Take full control of your guitar or bass performance with the all-valve, 50-Watt Marshall JVM205C combo preamp. This audio juggernaut offers a more straightforward two-channel preamp, clean/crunch and overdrive. This preamp represents a perfect choice for guitarists who prefer fewer frills during live sets.

Two independent channels have three modes each. Every mode reconfigures the gain structure of each channel, making six modes in all that take you from cleans and roars to modern, high-gain tones. Marshall equips the JVM205C with two studio-quality reverbs, individual channel EQ, two Master Volumes and a memory that recalls your reverb, FX loop and master settings.

The JVM205C uses Stompware footswitching technology. The preamp comes supplied with a fully programmable, four-button footswitch that connects to the amp using a standard guitar lead so you‰۪re not restricted by stage size. Change volume on the fly without stopping, missing a beat or bending down with the footswitch and proprietary software.
