Not happy at all. Ordered on the 13th December and it arrived today 5th January. Did not arrive in time for the Christmas present as intended. Totally understand Christmas delays however I emailed to check on deliver and no reply. The right thing to do would be to let people know there was a delay so we could source alternative presents. So very disappointing!
