That means that when you make a purchase through our website you can rest assured that if for some reason the product is not as you expected, you can return it for a store credit to the same value of the purchase price of the item. It’s just one extra way that we like to create peace-of-mind for our customers because we know what it’s like to buy an instrument you haven’t even got the chance to play yet!

The item must still be in its original packaging as it was sent to the customer. The customer is responsible for getting the product back to Haworth Guitars at their own expense.
