The Haworth Music School Tour

Glenn Haworth is a young, motivated music-guru who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people from around the country.

As the leader of Haworth Guitars and having set two Guiness World Records over the last five years for his musicanship, Glenn is one of those individuals who always aims to play the game of life at the highest level. Happily married to his high-school sweetheart and focusing on giving back to the community, Glenn has learnt the importance of a balance life and loves sharing his message with young people from all walks of life.

During the School Tour Shows, Glenn speaks about how he overcame issues that were holding him back and how he got to where he is now, focused on living life to the fullest. He talks about the importance of talking about our problems, setting goals and having a solution-focused mindset, working on our own strengths, bouncing back from challenges , and being grateful for what we have as well as providing some insight for dealing with anxiety and bullying.

Glenn brings along his guitar to the school tours and puts on a music show for students encouraging active participation and giving away prizes to the most engaged students.

Praise for the Haworth Music School Tour:

Glenn creates an awesome finish to our Crossroads Program every year. His unique combination of acoustic solo's and personal recount allows students to feel at ease exploring the issues surrounding Young Mental Health and the support networks available to them. Our students are always enthusiastically engaged in the positive messages Glenn has to offer and this is always the number one favourite session of the course!

Glenn, Thanks again for today. The feedback from the staff and students was overwhelming and I will ensure to get a few snip ifs/comments published and forward onto you to assist in promotion of your great work. Will be booking you in again soon for some dates next year or later this year.

Glenn, this is Julie McGregor and Terry Wild from KHS, We love your work, your enthusiasm, your music and your heart. You are absolutely the bees knees and the cats pyjamas in your fight against bullying and depression. You say it the way it should be said. Keep doing what you do - it is important and helps kids who really need it. You are excellent!

Glenn Haworth's recent presentation at Vincentia High School was an inspiration to all. He has an instant connection with the students through his humour and fantastic guitar and vocal performances. In addition to these great performances (that get all laughing and singing along) Glenn delivers 'real' heart felt message to the students through his personal experiences growing up. All students and staff left Glenn's presentation entertained and uplifted. We at Vinnie High eagerly await Glenn's return!

Recently, year 10 had the opportunity to experience a presentation from Glenn Haworth who speaks to kids to express anti bullying amongst adolescents. It was very entertaining to listen to his musical creativity on the guitar and songs where everyone was able to have a laugh. He was also very inspirational in sharing some bullying stories and how he got through it, as well as offering some tips and advice for those who may be suffering from depression or anxiety. This visit was a really good opportunity for year 10 to listen to someone who was really easy to listen to, someone who was able to help on our level and someone who was able to give us some great entertainment through his presentation. His visit was highly appreciated! :)
