Do you accept trade-ins?
We have found it very difficult to do trades
over the Internet. We do, however, accept them at our store on both new and used
equipment.
How safe are my credit card details when purchasing over the Internet? Our online order processing uses SSL 128 bit (Secure
Sockets Layer) Encryption and the Verisign payment gateway.
Shipping is FREE to anywhere in Australia, excluding amplifiers in which the price is negotiated. Shipping and insurance outside of Australia is AU$250. We use Air Mail and it
takes around 10 days. What currency are your prices listed in? All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). To work out an approximate value in another currency you can use the XE.com Currency Converter. NOTE: The XE.com currency conversion tool will only give a close approximation of the price in another currency.
The actual amount charged is determined by the credit card company at the time the transaction is processed using the exchange rate
